do you ever feel like you are about to go crazy and suddenly it just stops. today it stopped. this is the first day in a whole week that I have felt ok. that I have felt good and not like I was dieing.

i finally talked to jenny and I cried...a lot. I kept saying how sorry I was,and am. i cried the whole time. she wasn't angry or mad. but I have been sad and kind of alone. I feel like me again. I feel normal.
she signed up for he air force. so she'll be leaving soon. in a way,its sad,but not. I know its kind of something she needs. she needs structure in a way. growing up is hard to do? yeah.

btw-i told some stupid young girls so shut the hell up in a local restaurant today. i'm such an asshole.
